Part of the problem is that I got into the habit of being lazy at home. When I was single it didnt matter (except to God) how i acted at home, because I lived alone. when I got married I realized that I have to just as vigilant at home or else I would treat my wife poorly and take here for granted. After 3 years of marriage Im still trying to train myself to be active at home and not sink into the laziness that could lead to sin and hurt my wife. double standards are easy to fall into, and I have my moments too.
